Unfortunately, many of us needs legal advice here in England, therefore I thought I will write about it.

Most pedig bemutatnám az ACAS-t.
Az ACAS rövidítés jelentése Tanácsadó, Békéltető és Döntőbíráskodási Szolgáltatás (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service). A csoport célja, hogy segítse a munkavállalók (akár Szakszervezetek bevonásával is) és a munkáltatók közötti kommunikációt és problémamegoldást.
Az ACAS független és pártatlan, abban segít, hogy a két fél vitája megoldódjon. Az ACAS személyes-, és cégeknek is kínál tréningeket, de van ingyenes, online tréningjük is. Kattints ide a további részletekért.
And now I would like to introduce ACAS.
ACAS means Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service. The purpose of this group is to help the communication and problem solving between employees (often with Trade Union) and employers. ACAS is independent and impartial, they rather help the parties to solve their dispute. ACAS offers personal training as well as trainings for organisations, but they also have free, online courses. Ha problémád van a munkahelyeden, célszerű először is ezt jelezni a felettesednek (Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager). Amennyiben nem látsz változást, jelentsd a problémát a Humán Erőforrás (HR) osztályon és/vagy egy olyan menedzsernek, aki a te főnököd felett áll. Ez idő alatt érdemes kapcsolatba lépni ACAS-sal, a CAB-val vagy a Szakszervezettel, szívesen adnak azonnali tanácsot telefonon keresztül.
If you have any problem in your workplace, firstly discuss it with your superior (supervisor, team leader, manager). If you cannot see any changes, then report the problem to the Human Resources (HR) Department and/or to another manager on a higher level. In the meantime, it is a good idea to contact ACAS, CAB or a Trade Union, they will give you immediate advise over phone.
Fontos, hogy ha észreveszed, hogy nem érzed jól magad a munkahelyeden (máshogy bánnak veled mint a munkatársaiddal, vagy a munkatársaid nem kedvesek veled, nem tartják be/nem adnak a szünetet, nem fizetnek ki időben, alulfizetnek stb), írd le a problémát naplószerűen: Melyik nap mi történt, mit csináltál/vagy mit csináltak veled. Ha szólsz a menedzserednek, felhívod/levelet/emailt írsz a HR osztálynak, írd fel a dátumot és az időt, és hogy mit mondtak, hogy erre később tudj hivatkozni.
It is important, that if you are not happy with something in your workplace (you are treated differently than others, your colleagues are not nice with you, you do not have proper break or less break than you should have, you are not paid in time, you are underpaid etc), then write down everything like in a diary: What happened on which day, what did you do, what others did with you. If you speak with your manager, call/write a letter or email to HR, then write down the dates and times, what they said, therefore later on you can refer to that.
Mielőtt akcióba lépsz, jól olvasd el a munkaszerződésedet és a kézikönyvet, hogy tudd mik a jogaid, legyél tájékozott a szerződés minden pontjával, mint például felmondási idő, betegszabi, próba idő, fizetés, munkaórák száma stb. Az alapvető jogaidról itt találsz további információt.
Before you take any action, read through your contract of employment and the handbook, to know your rights, and be well- informed about everything such as notice period, sick pay, probationary period, salary, working hours, etc. You can read more about your statutory rights here.
Érdemes belépni egy Szakszervezetbe (Trade Union). Ha egy cég kapcsolatban áll szakszervezetekkel, akkor valószinüleg tájékoztatni fognak erről. Általában a szakszervetek akkor tudnak jogi tanácsadást nyújtani, ha már minimum hónapja vagy tagja a szervezetnek. A tagsági díj havi pár font, szakszervezetektől függően. Nekünk a UNITE-ot ajánlották, teljes nevén Unite the Union. A cég 2007-ban alapították, azzal a szándékkal, hogy egybeolvassza a nagyobb szakszervezeteket.
It also helps, if you enter to a Trade Union. If an organisation are in contact with trade unions, you will be informed about it. Usually trade unions can offer legal advice, if you are a member for minimum 3 months. The member fee is usually couple of pounds monthly, it depends on trade unions. UNITE was recommended to us, its whole name is: Unite the Union. It was established in the aim of merging the biggest trade unions.
