Grillezés/BBQ

Ezen a héten végre az egy hónapos esőzés után megérkezett az angol nyár.

Tömbházban lakunk, tehát nincs lehetőségünk a kertben süttetni magunkat. Ezért ilyenkor a legjobb program a parkban grillezés. Talán furcsának hangzik hiszen otthon csak úgy nem megyünk ki egy parkba grillezni (nyilván most nem a bográcsozásra gondolok egy vadasparkban/turista helyen)
Itt nagyon népszerű az instant grillező (BBQ) ami 1-7fontba kerül, minőségtől és nagyságtól függően. Minden nagy szupermarketben lehet kapni.

Eddig mindig itthon pácoltuk be a husikat, vágtuk fel a zöldségeket, de most kipróbáltuk a szintén nagy szupermarketekben kapható előpácolt husikat + a hamburger husit.

We usually prepare the meat and the vegetables at home, but this week we bought marinated meat and hamburger meat what you can buy in big supermarkets.
A múltkor kipróbáltuk a Sainsbury's grillezőt. Nem volt lába ezért kitámasztottuk kővel és kólás dobozzal.
We bought the instant BBQ in Sainsburys. It did not have legs so we put a stone and a can of coke to support it.
Általában egy ilyen instant grillező másfél- két órát parázslik, utána vízzel lelocsolva csak ki kell dobni. Nem valami "zöld" megoldás, de ez van.

Usually it works for one and the half, two hours and then you can pour water on it and bin it. It is not very "green" but that is it.

 Kb. két hete szép napos idő volt. A magyar barátainkkal kimentünk grillezni, de aztán elkezdett szakadni az eső. Még kint meg tudtuk grillezni a husikat aztán bemenekültünk hozzájuk.
