A hotelben a vasárnap volt legdurvább nap, minden egyes szombat este azért szurkoltam, hogy ne kelljen mennem vasárnap...
Persze aztán mindig bementem, és valahogy mindig túléltem. Az egyik vasárnap is szokás szerint bementem, amikor is nem találtam a listámat a kitakarítandó szobákról. Megkérdeztem a co-ordinátort, ő azt mondta, azt hitte szabad napom van. Mondtam, hogy sajnos nincs, de kivehetem szabadnapnak ha nem kellek nekik. Mondták rendben. Jeeeeeeeejjjj!!
Sunday was the busiest day in the hotel, I always hoped on Saturday that I do not have to go to work next day. Of course I went to work, and I always survived. On one of the Sundays I could not find my list of the rooms have to be cleaned. I asked the co-ordinator who said she thought I have an off day. I told her that no, unfortunately I do not have, but if she wants I can take it as a holiday if they do not need me. They said fine.... :)
Azonnal meglestem a busz menetrendet de természetesen egy órát kellett volna a buszra, annyi idő alatt haza is érek. Szóval elindultam, és azon gondolkodtam, bárcsak valaki felvenne és elvinne Auchterarderbe. Egyszer csak megállt mellettem egy cabrios hölgy (elmesélte, hogy rendszeres vendége a hotelnek), és felajánlotta, hogy elvisz engem, hiszen tudja milyen rossz haza gyalogolni. Jeeeeeej!! Azt hittem ennél jobb dolog nem is történhet velem.
I checked the bus timetable straight away but of course the next bus would come an hour later, I can walk home in 50minutes. So I went on foot, and I was hoping that someone would pick me up and take me to Auchterarder. And then a woman (she told meg that she is a member of the hotel) stopped next to me by car, and she offered to give me a lift as she knows how awful is walking home. :) ??
Norbival kitaláltuk, hogy átugrunk Stirlingbe, hiszen ott van egy nagyon szép vár és a Wallace monument. A buszjegy nem volt valami olcsó, főleg, hogy csak 4 órát tudtunk a városban maradni, mert 4kor jött vissza az utolsó busz, de megérte. (Imádom a közlekedést...)
We figured out that we could go to Stirling because there is a beautiful castle and the Wallace Monument. The bus ticket was not cheap, as we could stay just 4 hours in the city, because the last bus went home at 4pm. (I love transport here..)

Dávid király emelte Stirling királyi tartománnyá 1130-ban, ami egészen 1975ig meg is maradt. King David created a royal burgh from Stirling in 1130 which remained until 1975. Although this is the smallest city in Scotland- based on a survey which says that 30000 people live here- this is a centre for education, transport and industry. It was granted city status in 2002 at the Golden Jubilee.
