Freecycle lényege, hogy akinek van nem kívánt tárgya, azt felrakja a Freecycle honlapjára. Akinek pedig az a tárgy hiányzik az otthonából, az pedig ingyen megkaphatja ha jelentkezik rá. Tehát ingyenes adok kapok szolgáltatás. A tárgyaknak jó minőségűeknek kell lenniük, használhatónak és természetesen nem fogadhatnak el érte pénzt. Freecycle egy non profit szervezet, és önkéntesek segítenek a feladatok lebonyolításában. A Freecycle hálózatnak több mint 9 millió tagja van világszerte, a tagság ingyenes.
The essence of Freecycle is that those who have uwanted items they can put them on the Freecycle's website. Those who are looking for those items can get them for free of charge. So basically it is a free give and get service. The items must be in good quality and usable, and of course the person who offered the item cannot charge money for it. Freecycle is a non profit organisation, volunteers help to do the job. Freecycle network has more than 9 million members worldwide and the membership is free.
Mi is sokszor szoktunk nézelődni az oldalukon, hátha találunk jó cuccokat. A héten két dolgot is találtunk: egy vendégágyat és egy TV-t.
Az ágyért elmentünk gyalog, mert a mellettünk lévő utcában volt, a TV-ért pedig egyik kedves barátunk ment el autóval. A tárgyakért nem kértek pénzt, és mind a kettő jó állapotban van.
We check the webpage everyday, hoping to find some good stuff. This week we found two items: a guest bed and a TV. We went for the bed on foot because it was close to our flat, and one of our friend took the TV by car. Of course they did not charge money for the items, and both are in a good condition.
